The dining experience lags behind, with buffet food often uncovered and a lack of hygiene evident, as flies hover over the dishes, seemingly ignoring staff's ineffectual oversight.

Family with children disaster

The pool area is nice and big,, but that’s honestly where the good vibes ended for us. Staff seemed out of touch and honestly could care less about us-felt like they were just going through the motions.

It wasn't exactly cheap,, but I guess that’s what you get when they slap a five star label on a place that acts like a one star.

I stayed in a Twin Room with Pool View for 3 nights. The room was spacious and had a lovely view of the pool, which was really nice. I loved that there were thrilling slides in the pool area. However, the room could have used some better cleaning—definitely not spotless. Also, it would have been nice to have more amenities like coffee and tea provisions. Coffee machines and clearer clean options would help elevate the experience!
